vyntra AI LABS · PRODUCT LINE — 2025
Three instruments.
One nervous system.
Gate IQ, Yard Mind and WeighSync — applied AI for gates, yards and weighbridges. Each runs alone. Together, they run the site. The 3D blueprint on the right is live — drag it to orbit — and every simulation below is live too. Push the buttons.
FIG. 00 — LIVE 3D SITE BLUEPRINT · DRAG TO ORBIT · CAMERAS (POLES) FEED THE EDGE CORE · TWO VEHICLES CIRCULATE THROUGH GATE A, THE YARD AND WB-02. THE BARRIER ARMS LIFT FOR THEM.
01 — THE STACK
Watch the site think.
Sensors in, decisions out — all of it on-site, none of it waiting on a cloud. Hover a product to isolate its flow; click to jump to it.

P·01 — GATE IQ · GATE AUTOMATION
The gate that runs itself.
Contactless entry for plants, ports and warehouses — one camera pass, one decision, and the register book retires.
WHAT IT IS
Gate IQ reads the vehicle, checks the paper and releases the truck in one motion. Watch the live sim: the truck rolls onto the inductive loop, the ANPR scan sweeps the plate, telemetry fills in row by row, the policy engine clears the gate pass — and the barrier swings open. Median entry: 3.1 seconds, unattended, in any weather — flip on night mode above and watch it keep reading under IR.
HOW IT WORKS — STEPS TRACK THE LIVE SIM
- 01Camera reads plate, vehicle class and condition in a single pass — day, night or monsoon.
- 02Policy check against gate pass, purchase order and e-way bill, on the ERP, on-site.
- 03Barrier, slip printer and yard direction fire together — one decision, no queue.
- 04Exceptions route to a one-screen desk with photo evidence attached. Nothing is ever re-typed.
“The register book retired the day lane two went live. Sixteen gates later, nobody misses it.”HEAD OF PLANT SECURITY · CEMENT MAJOR · ANDHRA PRADESH
WHAT IT REPLACES

- T-231 is a search bar
- Dwell is a number — per slot, per shift
CAPABILITIES
SPECIFICATIONS
- POSITION REFRESH

- RE-IDENTIFICATION
- 97.1% across camera angles
- YARD CAPACITY
- 500+ trailers per yard
- CAMERAS
- 8–24 fixed, existing poles acceptable

- REPORTS
- Dwell · congestion · shift · carrier SLA
P·02 — YARD MIND · YARD MANAGEMENT
Every trailer, accounted for.
Camera-based yard management — a live map with a dwell clock on every slot, and no RFID tags to lose.
WHAT IT IS
Fixed cameras re-identify trailers as they move; the yard becomes a live map where every slot carries a dwell timer, and the slotting engine plans moves against dock appointments and ETAs. The 6 a.m. sweep retires, and “where is T-231?” becomes a search bar. Hover the slots above for live dwell — then inject a shift-change rush and watch the surge, and the recovery.
HOW IT WORKS
- 01Cameras re-identify trailers across the yard as they move — 97.1% across angles.
- 02A live map with a dwell clock on every slot replaces the whiteboard, wiped daily.
- 03The slot optimiser plans tractor moves against dock appointments and inbound ETAs.
- 04Exceptions — a lost trailer, an overdue dwell — alert before they cost money.
“We argued about trailer counts for ten years. Now we argue about what to do with the hours.”TERMINAL OPS LEAD · CONTAINER PORT · ROTTERDAM
WHAT IT REPLACES

- ANOMALY RECALL
- 98.7%
- PAIRING
- Gross / tare automatic, cross-bridge
- AUDIT TRAIL
- Tamper-evident, WORM archive

P·03 — WEIGHSYNC · WEIGHBRIDGE AUTOMATION
Weight you can defend.
Weighbridge automation with a memory — capture, pair, audit and sync, before the truck leaves the platform.
WHAT IT IS
WeighSync captures weight and pairs it to the right vehicle and transaction — gross and tare matched automatically across visits and bridges. An anomaly score flags short-loads, reused tares and double weighments at the platform, and a tamper-evident trail pushes everything to ERP in under two seconds. Arm the fraud test above and watch a bad tare get caught red-handed.
HOW IT WORKS — STEPS TRACK THE LIVE SIM
- 01Load-cell capture and vehicle re-ID at the bridge, unattended, day or night.
- 02Gross and tare paired automatically — per vehicle, per bridge, across sites.
- 03Anomaly score flags short-loads, reused tares and fraud patterns at the platform.
- 04Tamper-evident audit trail synced to SAP / Oracle and e-invoice before release.
“Month-end used to take nine days of reconciliation. It's an afternoon now.”HEAD OF LOGISTICS · STEEL MILL · ODISHA
05 — WHERE TO START
Start where it hurts.
You don't have to buy the suite. Find the sentence your site says out loud, and click it.
06 — INTEGRATIONS
Plays well with your reality.
API-first, connector-rich, hardware-agnostic. If it exists on your site, we probably already talk to it — and if not, three weeks is typical.

DOCUMENTS & GOVERNMENT
CAMERAS & SENSORS
EDGE & COMMS
07 — ROLLOUT
Six weeks to a thinking site.
Survey
Instrument plan on your existing poles, barriers and bridges.
Gate live
First lane in shadow mode — decisions logged, nothing fires.
Calibrate
Night passes, thresholds and escalation rules, set with your team.
Yard live

WeighSync federated, ERP cut-over, sign-off.
08 — QUESTIONS WE GET
Asked, answered.
Almost never. Yard and bridge cameras we re-use whenever poles and angles allow. Each Gate IQ lane needs one dedicated ANPR camera — that's the only hardware we insist on. Everything else rides on the edge box.
Nothing changes at the gate. Decisions run on the Jetson on-site; events queue locally and sync when the link returns. We've run sites for eleven days offline without losing a single record.
It says so, loudly. Confidence below threshold escalates to a human desk with the photo and the reason attached. We'd rather be visibly cautious than quietly wrong — it's written into the product, not the pitch.
API-first, and the connector list above is what we've already shipped. If yours isn't on it, a custom connector typically takes three weeks — we've done it eleven times.
That's the intended path. Each instrument runs alone; the shared edge core means the next one lights up in days, not months. Most sites start with Gate IQ and grow from the gate inwards.
Forty minutes. Your site. Zero slideware.
A live walkthrough on your own data — pick one instrument or take the suite. An engineer runs it, not a sales deck.
